1. WHO WE ARE

We are ProStretch Solutions, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) in the process of registration, headquartered at 725 Boulevard Robert Barrier 73100 Aix-les-Bains, France, with our registration number at the Chambery Trade Register currently pending (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. You may contact us as described in section 11.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the ProStretch Solutions website, we collect or receive your personal information in the following ways:

  • Information request via the Contact Form: To enable us to respond, you may need to provide some personal information. To submit your inquiry, you may need to provide a valid email address along with your first name, last name, and phone number.
